Adoption Program
Every child of an Alliance missionary is "adopted" by an Alliance Church. Our district participates in this ministry by caring for the children of our District missionaries with cards, gifts, and prayer.
Outfit Assistance
Alliance missionaries are given outfit assistance by their home districts in the form of a money gift designed to help provide them with household and personal items for each term of service.
Work Guide Projects
The details for the collection and processing of these projects are set forth in the Annual Work Guide that is available from your zone leader. The projects include: coming home starter kit ideas for missionaries, collecting Campbell's soup labels to purchase educational and sports equipment for overseas missionary schools, collecting and shipping hospital supplies and clothing for missions hospitals, mailing used Christian literature to further the cause of Christ, and collecting used canceled stamps which are sold to publish Sunday School materials in Spanish for South American countries.
Linen Closet
This closet, located at District office, provides our missionaries with supplies to take overseas and includes sheets, towels, tupperware, office supplies and many other items. Items needed are collected at Fall Rallies in each zone. Please continue to give blankets, bath mat sets, shower curtains, and full and queen mattress pads.
